How to submit a project

Project Submission Guidelines
1. Signup for an account (One person from the team can do this.)
1.1 You could use LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook, or email (We recommend to use GitHub first and then to load the project here)
2. Login to Devpost

3. Register for the hackathon in Devpost
3.1. Follow the link to hackathon at the top of the page (https://devpost.com/hackathons)
3.2. Search for "HackaTUM"
3.3. Click on the button <<Register for this hackathon>>

3.4. Check out the rules, updates, and discussions sections for more info
3.5. Click on Participants to search for teammates

4. Submitting your project*
4.1. Go to your profile
4.2. Click on the button <<Add a project to your profile>>**
4.2.1. If you have logged in via GitHub, you can import the project directly
4.2.2. Name your project and click on continue
4.2.3. Fill in the rest of the form (for e.g., with elevator pitch, images, links to demo video, url to running application, etc.) and click on Save

4.3. You will be asked if you are submitting the project to a hackathon. Select Yes and among the options pick HackaTUM. Finally, click on the Submit to HackaTUM Hackathon button to finish the submission.

Notes:
*You can update the project any number of time even after you submit your project to the hackathon (of course not after the submission deadline).
**Do not break the submission flow steps 4.2 and 4.3, else you will have to redo the steps again.
